Every product we sell is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals. Our products are not drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research facility, and that the products will be used only for lawful laboratory research purposes. Any other use is strictly prohibited.

You must be 21 years of age or older to visit this website or place an order. By using this site you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe this requirement is not met.

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with pricing errors or suspected misuse.

3.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

3.3 Promotions

Promotional offers (such as seasonal sales) apply only during their stated dates and are applied automatically at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We charge a flat $15 shipping fee on all orders, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders are packed with care and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's confirmed address.

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Return Policy — you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In short: we cannot accept returns of opened vials under any circumstances, for safety and quality reasons. Unopened products may be eligible for return as described in that policy.

You agree not to:

• Use our products for any human or animal consumption, or any purpose other than laboratory research.
• Resell or redistribute our products without our written permission.
• Provide false information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Interfere with the operation or security of this website.

Violation of these terms may result in order cancellation and account termination.

We work hard to keep product descriptions, purity data, and certificates of analysis accurate, but we do not warrant that all content on this site is error-free. Imagery on this site is for brand illustration only and does not imply any human use or result.

Our products are provided "as is" for research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Logic Peptides' total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version, and the effective date above shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
